1. Eligibility for Returns

 

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product does not match the specifications listed on our website

 

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In original condition

  • With all accessories, manuals, and packaging

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Software, digital items, or licenses

  • Products showing signs of misuse, modification, or physical damage

  • Items returned after the return window has expired

 

 

3. Return Process

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Photo or video evidence if applicable

     

  2. Our support team will confirm the eligibility and provide a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the product back to us.

4. Refund Method

 

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Original payment method (if applicable)

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to ENM’s error (wrong or defective item).

 

5. Exchanges / Replacement

 

If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide:

  • 1-to-1 replacement, or

  • Equivalent product if the original item is out of stock

 

 

6. Warranty Support

 

Most ENM products include a standard warranty. If your item develops issues after the return window, you may still receive repair or warranty service according to the product’s terms.

นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน

ขอบคุณที่เลือกซื้อสินค้าจาก ENM หากท่านไม่ได้รับความพึงพอใจ เรายินดีให้การช่วยเหลือและตรวจสอบเคสของท่านอย่างเต็มที่

 

1. เงื่อนไขในการคืนสินค้า

 

สามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า หาก:

  • สินค้ามีตำหนิ เสียหาย หรือใช้งานไม่ได้ตามที่ระบุ

  • ได้รับสินค้าผิดจากที่สั่ง

  • สินค้าไม่ตรงตามสเปกที่แสดงไว้ในเว็บไซต์

 

โดยสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพ:

  • เหมือนใหม่

  • มีอุปกรณ์ครบ กล่อง คู่มือ และบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม

 

 

2. สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้

 

  • สินค้าสั่งผลิตตามสเปกเฉพาะ (Made-to-order)

  • ซอฟต์แวร์ ไฟล์ดิจิทัล หรือไลเซนส์

  • สินค้าที่มีร่องรอยการใช้งานหนัก ดัดแปลง หรือชำรุดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี

  • การขอคืนหลังจากหมดระยะเวลา 7 วัน

 

 

3. ขั้นตอนการคืนสินค้า

 

  1. ติดต่อเราที่ [อีเมล/โทรศัพท์ของคุณ] พร้อมข้อมูล:

    • หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ

    • รายละเอียดสินค้า

    • เหตุผลในการคืน

    • รูปภาพหรือวิดีโอประกอบ (ถ้ามี)

     

  2. ทีมงานจะตรวจสอบและแจ้งที่อยู่จัดส่งสินค้าคืน

  3. ส่งสินค้ากลับมายัง ENM

  4. หลังตรวจสอบแล้ว เราจะดำเนินการคืนเงินหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้

 

 

4. วิธีคืนเงิน

 

การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ ผ่าน:

  • การโอนเงินเข้าบัญชี

  • วิธีชำระเงินเดิม (หากมีให้บริการ)

 

ค่าจัดส่ง ไม่รวมในการคืนเงิน ยกเว้นกรณีที่ ENM ส่งสินค้าผิด หรือสินค้ามีปัญหาตั้งแต่แรก

 

5. การเปลี่ยนสินค้า

 

หากสินค้ามีปัญหา ENM ให้บริการ:

  • เปลี่ยนใหม่ 1-ต่อ-1, หรือ

  • เปลี่ยนรุ่นเทียบเท่า หากสินค้ารุ่นเดิมหมด

 

 

6. การรับประกันสินค้า

 

สินค้าส่วนใหญ่ของ ENM มีรับประกันมาตรฐาน หากพบปัญหาหลังหมดช่วงคืนสินค้า สามารถดำเนินการเคลมตามเงื่อนไขการรับประกันของสินค้าแต่ละรุ่น
